Terms of Service
The basis on which we provide survey services and on which you may use this website.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
01These terms
These terms govern your use of this website. Survey work itself is governed by the specific proposal, work order or contract signed for that engagement - where those documents conflict with this page, the signed document prevails.
02Quotations and engagement
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the scope described in your enquiry.
- A quotation is not a contract. Work begins once you issue a written confirmation or purchase order and we accept it.
- Where the site differs materially from what was described - additional area, unexpected canopy, restricted airspace - we will issue a variation for your approval before doing the work, never after.
- Prices are exclusive of GST, which is applied at the prevailing rate.
03Our obligations
- We will conduct all flight operations in compliance with DGCA regulations and hold current Remote Pilot Certificates and type-certified aircraft.
- We will maintain third-party aviation liability insurance and issue certificates on request.
- We will deliver to the accuracy specification agreed in the proposal, and publish the measured accuracy achieved with every deliverable.
- We will conduct a documented risk assessment before each mobilisation and will not fly outside published weather and safety limits.
04Your obligations
- Provide safe and lawful access to the site for our crew and equipment on the agreed dates.
- Disclose known hazards, restrictions, overhead services and any third-party interests affecting the site.
- Confirm that you hold the necessary rights or landowner permission for the survey to be carried out.
- Nominate a point of contact empowered to confirm scope and approve variations.
- Review deliverables within 14 days of receipt and raise any discrepancy in that window.
05Weather, airspace and delays
Flight operations depend on conditions and permissions outside our control. Where weather, airspace clearance delays or site access prevent flying on a scheduled date, we will reschedule at the earliest practical opportunity at no additional charge, provided the delay is notified as soon as it is known.
Where a crew has mobilised to site and is prevented from flying by a cause within your control, a mobilisation charge may apply.
06Deliverables, ownership and licence
- On receipt of full payment, ownership of the deliverables and the underlying captured data passes to you.
- Until full payment is received, deliverables are provided on a licence for review purposes only.
- We retain a copy of the data for the support period and for repeat-capture comparison, unless you instruct us in writing to delete it.
- We retain ownership of our processing methods, templates, software configuration and know-how.
- We may reference the engagement in general terms in our portfolio only with your prior written consent; without it, the work remains unpublished.
07Accuracy and limitations
Every deliverable states the accuracy achieved, measured against independent check points. That statement defines the specification the deliverable meets.
Aerial survey has inherent limitations. Photogrammetry cannot measure ground obscured by vegetation, structures or water. Where we identify that a requested method cannot meet your stated accuracy target on a given site, we will say so before the engagement and propose an alternative. Where you instruct us to proceed regardless, the limitation is recorded in the deliverable and accepted.
08Payment terms
- Standard terms are 40% on confirmation and 60% on delivery, unless the signed document says otherwise.
- Retainer and monitoring engagements are billed monthly in arrears.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Overdue amounts may attract interest at the statutory rate.
- Government and public sector clients are accommodated on departmental payment terms agreed in advance.
09Liability
We maintain professional indemnity and third-party aviation liability insurance. Our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, contract or opportunity, arising from use of the deliverables.
10Confidentiality
We treat all client site data, drawings and project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, other than to sub-processors bound by equivalent obligations. We are happy to execute your own NDA where required.
11Website use
- Content on this site is provided for information and does not constitute a survey, an engineering opinion or a binding offer.
- Text, images, structure and code on this site are our property or licensed to us. Do not reproduce them without permission.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, its API or its administration area.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
