What it is

Topographic and cadastral survey at a fraction of the time and cost

A drone survey replaces weeks of total-station and DGPS walkover with a single flight day. We fly a planned grid at a fixed ground sampling distance, capture several thousand overlapping geotagged frames, and process them against RTK-corrected flight logs and independently measured ground control points.

What comes back is a measurable, coordinate-referenced dataset rather than an image of the site. Every pixel carries a real-world position, so your engineers can pull levels, distances, cross-sections and areas straight out of the deliverable months after the crew has demobilised.

We deliver in the coordinate reference system your project already uses. For most Indian projects that means WGS84/UTM or a local grid tied to survey control; we handle the transformation and document the datum, geoid model and control residuals in the accuracy report that ships with every job.

What you receive

  • Georeferenced orthomosaic (GeoTIFF + web tiles)
  • Digital Terrain Model and Digital Surface Model
  • Contours at 0.25 m / 0.5 m / 1 m interval (client specified)
  • Spot levels and breakline vectors in DXF/DWG
  • Point cloud in LAS/LAZ
  • Survey control and accuracy validation report

Indicative from

₹18,000per day of flying

Includes pilot, aircraft and standard processing. Ground control and mobilisation quoted separately.

How we deliver it

Our drone surveying workflow

Each step exists because skipping it shows up later as an error somebody else has to find.

01

Site intake and airspace check

We review your boundary, confirm the deliverable specification and clear the airspace on the DGCA Digital Sky portal before quoting.

02

Ground control establishment

A DGPS crew sets and observes targets across the site, plus independent check points that are withheld from processing to prove accuracy.

03

Flight execution

Automated grid missions at planned GSD with RTK corrections, flown in the low-wind window and repeated as needed for full coverage.

04

Processing and QA

Aerial triangulation, dense matching, classification and datum transformation, followed by a two-person QA review against the check points.

05

Delivery and handover

Files delivered through a secure link with a walkthrough call, plus 30 days of support for queries on the dataset.

Where it is used

Typical applications

  • Pre-construction topographic survey for highways, townships and industrial parks
  • Cadastral boundary verification and encroachment mapping
  • Land acquisition due diligence and plot demarcation
  • Baseline survey for irrigation, drainage and command area studies
  • Quarry and borrow-area characterisation

Questions

Drone Surveying, answered

Still unsure? Read the full FAQ or ask us directly.

For open terrain, a properly controlled RTK/PPK drone survey achieves 2-3 cm horizontal and 3-5 cm vertical accuracy - within tolerance for almost all civil design work. A total station is still more precise on individual points, which is why we tie every survey to DGPS-observed ground control and publish the residuals.

Need drone surveying on a site?

Send us the site, the area and what the data has to support. We respond within one working day - and if the method you asked for will not hit your accuracy target, we will say so before you commit.
